This policy explains how Esra Kucukciftci ("I", "me") collects and uses personal information through esrakucukciftci.com (the "site"). Questions: hello@quantwarebook.com.
What I collect
- When you subscribe to the newsletter: your first name and email address.
- When you use the contact form: your full name, email address, the reason for your message, the message itself and, for bulk orders, the number of copies and date needed.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit (such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed), used to run and secure the site.
I do not ask for payment details. Book purchases happen on retailers' own sites under their privacy policies.
How I use it
- To send what you asked for: the newsletter, or a reply to your message.
- To send occasional emails about Quantware, its resources and launch news, if you signed up for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and working, and to prevent spam.
The legal basis is your consent (for emails you sign up for) and my legitimate interest in answering messages and running the site.
Who processes it
- MailerLite stores subscriber names and emails, including the names and emails of people who contact me, and sends the emails.
- Lovable and its cloud infrastructure host the site and store contact messages.
These providers process data on my behalf and may store it outside your country, including in the United States. I do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long I keep it
Subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, then deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to hello@quantwarebook.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights, including to object to processing or to complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to work.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
